What an inspection involves
An inspector, or an employee complaint, can request the protocol document itself, evidence it has been communicated to staff, and records of how any reported incident was handled.
Typical cost
Mainly a one-time drafting cost, often templated; ongoing cost is training time and case-handling when a report is actually made.
