What an inspection involves
An inspection or audit request can ask for the registered plan, the underlying diagnosis and pay-audit data, and evidence the plan is actually being followed, not just filed.
Typical cost
The most resource-intensive obligation in this list: a full diagnosis and negotiated plan typically involves works-council negotiation and, for larger employers, external advisory support; review is required at least every 4 years.
