Statutory campaigns and the instrument engine
The evaluation itself, run as a locked, version-pinned campaign.
What it is
A statutory campaign is a Survey campaign type carrying a locked instrument version and a workplace as its unit of analysis. ClimaHQ ships two validated instruments today, FPSICO 4.0 and CoPsoQ-ISTAS21, each with published norm tables. Once a statutory campaign is created its question set is copied in from the instrument version and locked at first dispatch, so the exact questions behind a 2026 evaluation are still reconstructable in 2029.
How it's scored
Responses are scored against the instrument's own published norms, reported per workplace, and never shown below your anonymity threshold: a workplace with too few responses shows an insufficient-data state rather than a number.
The Register
One page: every obligation that applies to you, its status, the evidence.
The Register lists every obligation your organization is currently subject to (psychosocial risk, the pay register, the equality plan, the whistleblowing channel, and the rest of the catalogue), whether ClimaHQ already holds evidence it's been met, since when, who signed it, and when that evidence needs renewing. Status reads Satisfied, Expiring, Missing, or Not tracked. It's the artifact an owner screenshots for the board.
The Radar
Obligations that switch on as you grow, before an inspector tells you.
The Radar reads your organization's dated headcount history and projects which obligations are already applicable, which are approaching, and which don't apply yet, each with its legal basis and the date it started or will start. Crossing 50 employees, for instance, brings several obligations into force at once; the Radar is what tells you that before the fact rather than after.
The Channel
Confidential reporting, with a case register behind it.
A public, unauthenticated reporting form lives at your organization's own Channel link, no ClimaHQ account required. A reporter can choose to report anonymously, in which case their name and email are never saved, and can check their case's status later with a private access token rather than logging in. On your side, the case register lets an investigator triage, update status, and record a resolution summary; every action is audited, and the reporter's identity is redacted from that audit trail even from your own admins when they chose to stay anonymous.
Representatives and the consultation portal
The record that proves worker representatives were consulted, not just told.
Register your workplace's representative body and its representatives, and record each consultation (subject, date, outcome) as an immutable entry. Each representative gets a durable portal link, no login, meant for an external union delegate with no ClimaHQ account: it shows their body's consultation history, the current participation rate, and the action plan tied to the latest statutory campaign, read-only.
Site visits
A scheduled walkthrough with a photo-backed checklist and attestation.
Schedule a visit to a workplace with an assigned professional, who works through a generic safety walkthrough checklist (lighting, emergency exits, fire extinguishers, PPE, and similar) they can customize per visit. Attesting a visit requires a named attester and at least one attached photo; it marks the visit complete with a timestamp. This is attestation, not a certified inspection protocol or a licensed instrument like FPSICO or CoPsoQ.
The time registry
Clock in, clock out, an append-only log, an inspection API.
Free on every plan, uncapped. Workers clock in and out from the web, a kiosk with a QR badge or PIN (no biometrics), Slack's /fichar command, or a one-tap email confirmation, and an offline-capable PWA queues entries for deskless staff with poor connectivity and syncs when reconnected. Every entry is exportable as CSV, PDF, or JSON, corrections go through a two-party amendment protocol so neither side can unilaterally rewrite the record, and a time-boxed, revocable inspection grant lets a labour inspector view a scoped date range without an account, every access logged.
The Partner Console
For a prevention service or asesoría managing a book of clients.
A partner firm's staff sign in as ordinary users of their own firm's organization, and work across every client organization they hold an active link to: a book-level compliance dashboard rolling up obligation status across every client, bulk campaign creation across several clients at once, and a cross-client professional review queue for claiming, reviewing, and signing a client's compliance report.
The Observatory
Published, anonymized sector benchmarks.
Published periodically, grouped by industry and company-size band, from customer data that is k-anonymized: a benchmark cell only appears once at least 5 organizations contribute to it. The Observatory page always reads the most recently published period, never a live, mid-cycle partial aggregation, so nothing citable is ever a work in progress.
